We'll coordinate visits at times that minimize disruption — early mornings, weekends, or during off-hours if needed. Maintenance program members receive priority emergency service with same-day or next-day response (conditions permitting). While we can't control weather or scheduling conflicts, you'll always be prioritized ahead of non-members. Emergency repairs are billed separately but you'll receive your member discount on all work.
